- Is fasting safe for me?
- Not a question we can answer, and not one the app tries to. Ask a doctor or a registered dietitian, particularly if you are pregnant, take medication for blood sugar, or have a history of disordered eating.
- How do I delete everything?
- Settings, at the bottom. It goes immediately and takes every fast, log, plan and message with it. You do not need to write to us first.Open settings
- The coach will not answer.
- It says so on the page when it is not connected. If it is connected and still silent, tell us what you asked and roughly when, and we will look at the logs for that minute.
- What happens on 1 November?
- You are told inside the app before anything is charged, and you have to enter payment details yourself. Nothing you have done so far signs you up to a payment.Read the clause

It is a small operation on its own server, not a company with a support department, which is why the addresses above go to a person and why an answer sometimes takes a day.
