About
Made and run by Conyro Ltd.
It's Sal is made and run by Conyro Ltd, a software development agency based in the United Kingdom. We build the app, run the server it lives on and read the mail it gets.
An instrument for intermittent fasting that runs in your browser. It measures the hours since you last ate, shows roughly what your body is doing with them, and builds a schedule, calorie targets and a week of meals and training from your own body and your own hours. It is not medical advice, and the phases it draws are approximate.
